MMO-Champion reports today that the personal & team rating requirement for the season 4 shoulders will be 2200. The exact value has been extracted from the official WoW Armory. It seems that this information is no longer available at Armory, but we have a couple of printscreens that can prove that.

All these phases, Sunwell Patch introduced, have confused many WoW players. In my guild chat, I’m getting questions daily:
