WoW Inn - Arena calculator

The new season started for both European and American Servers. I don’t know if you were able to cap your arena points during the previous season. I managed to gather 4750 points and I tried to figure out what items would be the better upgrade to start the new season. It seems that the Brutal Gloves and the Brutal Chest are the best choices to start with for most classes.

I will take as an example the Holy Paladin as it will be easier to justify it.

Brutal Gladiator’s Ornamented Gloves 

1239 Armor (+98)
+60 Stamina (+16)
+33 Intellect (+4)
+33 Spell Critical Rating (+5)
+18 Resilience (+0)
+79 Healing / +27 Spell Damage (+9 / +3)
Increases critical effect chance of Flash of Light by 2%

Basically the +16 bonus on stamina is one of the greatest upgrade you can get with only one item and also it’s very easy to obtain them as they cost only 1125 and there is NO personal rating requirement!

Brutal Gladiator’s Ornamented Chestguard

1983 Armor (+158)
+67 Stamina (+9)
+42 Intellect (+5)
+42 Spell Critical Rating (+8)
+28 Resilience (+0)
+68 Healing / +23 Spell Damage (+13 / +4)

Socket Bonus: +4 Spell Critical

These chests will be an upgrade for both most PVE and PVP players. The item contains 3 sockets that it makes it very flexible item. You can add whatever you want to ballance your stats. The Socket Bonus is very important, as it’s not a Stamina/Resilience bonus, so you can’t surpass it. The Chest costs 1875, and there is a personal rating requirement of 1600. Maybe it’s not as easy as the last season, especially in the first days, but I’m sure most players will manage to get it.
