Dreamstate Druid/Rogue 2v2

This a very popular combo in 2v2 brackets, and can achieve high team & personal ratings. Top team in season 3 is I warned you dodging sux with 2675 team rating at Misery Battlegroup (EU). This is the part 1 of the guide, some matchups you’ll find bellow:

vs Paladin/Warrior

Splitting Paladin and Warrior is the key to win this team. The rogue goes on the Paladin stunlocking him as much as possible and interrupting his heals. The druid has to chase the warrior and bring him on the opposite side of the map, far enough from the paladin. Then he must start doing dmg to him. A nice chain of Cyclone/Starfire/moonfire/Insect swarm and Entangle Roots/Starfire/Moonfire/Insect swarm will do the job. Then the paladin has to heal 2 targets and he’s not good at it. When bubble is on cd or Well timed cyclones on warrioris when the pally bubbles, it’s a win.

vs Mage/Rogue

This is a hard matchup. This match mostly depends on your enemies’ experience against your team. Nevertheless you should have equal chances against this team at least.

You start with a Sap on the Rogue (if your Rogue is Human) and then try to stick to the Mage. The important thing against this combination is that the Mage doesn’t get any Sheeps off. If your Rogue gets one sheep on him and he has already used his Insignia the Mage/Rogue team will switch on your Druid and will kill him.

You can counter their tactic with an extremely offensive one of your own. When their Rogue is Sapped and your Rogue is on the Mage your Druid should start damaging the Mage as well. Your Druid should use Moon Fire/Insect Swarm/Wrath/Wrath combinations. When the Sap is almost over, your Druid should Faerie Fire the Rogue so that he can’t Vanish immediately. If he does and he has no Cloak of Shadows left he will be vulnerable to more CC. If you put out lots of pressure at the beginning (your Druid needs to know when to stop casting, in order not to get a 8 second Counter Spell because in which 8 seconds he/his mate would die). The Mage should normally use his Block very early. At this time Vanish and prepare to rush down the mage the second time. If your Rogue can’t vanish that’s not a problem either. One rogue alone can’t do much to you/your Rogue.

vs Druid/Warrior

Generally you try to find the Druid, before the Shadow Sight buff pops. If you can’t find their Druid (which shouldn’t happen when playing with a Human Rogue) you must start on the Warrior. The Rogue starts with a sap on the Warrior, the Druid start with a Starfire/Moonfire/Insect Swarm combo along with your Rogue’s opening Cheap Shot. The Warrior should drop fast, so that their Druid needs to pop out to heal. The key here is to Cyclone the Warrior when he gets the first HoT of the opponent druid, and then switch to him. Through the whole fight you should try to keep the Warrior crowd controlled with Cyclone/Roots nearly all the time, while assisting your Rogue with dps. If your Rogue can stay on the Druid, their druid will always be out of mana before you (you’re a dreamstate remember?). If they do then you should win.
