The bracer of the Green Fortress is one of the best tank bracers a warrior & a paladin can get before the 25-man raids. The raw materials which are needed for this craft are:
- 120 adamantite ore or 60 adamantite bar or 6 hardened adamantite bar
- 20 primal life or 200 motes of life
- 1 primal nether
WoWhead states that the average price for these bracers is around 1000 gold, but i doubt someone will give that amount of gold. The cost of the materials are around 250g-300g depending on the server and the day. I usually farm the ores with my hunter, selling them, buying hardened adamantite bars (which are usually cheaper than a stack of adamantite ore) and buying also the primal lifes. Primal lifes are easy to farm if you have an alt or a friend with herbalism, otherwise it doesn’t worth the effort.
I have sold 6 bracers until now, all in the first day of their auction house listing at 500g. The Auction house needs 2,5g to list the item, and gets 22g if the bracers are sold. 220g for a primal nether is quite nice price.
The plans are sold between 400-700g on my server.
